The GJA System
One accountable pipeline, from first contact to 90 days on the job. Built by people who have walked the reentry journey.
The old system
A road with no one on it.
-
Start
Referred
Sent to one agency. Fill out an intake.
-
Referred again
A second agency. Same forms, start over.
Back to the start -
Handed off
No one follows the candidate forward.
-
A resume, if there is one
Nothing shows the employer they are ready.
-
Tax credits? On your own.
The employer sorts out WOTC alone, or never does.
-
Hired, then alone
Support ends at the hire. No one is accountable for what happens next.
-
Lost here.
The GJA System
One road. One navigator. All the way to day 90.
Blue line: your navigator, enrollment to day 90
-
Start
One intake, one case file
One team from the first conversation.
-

Day 90
Still employed.
A successful placement, documented and reported.
The gap isn't boots and bus fare. It's the newness of the journey.
The first weeks of a job are full of first times: a new schedule, a new supervisor, new rules, a new commute. GJA's leadership and staff have walked that road themselves. Our navigators walk it beside every participant, and stay in contact with the employer so small problems get solved before they become a resignation.
